Prices depend on travel dates, group size, hotel availability and selected inclusions. A quotation is valid for the period stated in the proposal.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation and receipt of the agreed advance payment, where applicable.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes are subject to availability and may affect price. Cancellation charges depend on the services booked and the notice period.
Hotels and Transport
Hotel rooms and vehicle categories are subject to availability. Comparable alternatives may be offered when the original option is unavailable.
Monuments and Local Conditions
Opening hours, entry rules, traffic, weather and government restrictions may affect the itinerary. We will make reasonable alternative arrangements.
Traveller Responsibility
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, insurance and compliance with local laws and entry requirements.
Limitation
We coordinate third-party services in good faith but are not responsible for events beyond reasonable control.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute will be subject to applicable Indian law and local jurisdiction.
